Tillett fiber-reinforced composite chain guard. It encloses the rear sprocket to deflect a thrown chain and keep hands and feet away from the spinning sprocket, and it cuts down on chain lube fling. Tillett was the first company to make an enclosed kart chain guard.
This version is shaped with extra room for thick plastic sprocket protectors, so the bolts don't cut into the guard when it flexes. About 230g, lighter and stiffer than nylon guards. Designed and made in the UK.
