Over-Under Racing is a full-service kart shop, not just a parts counter. Our experienced staff builds new karts, repairs crash damage, installs new parts and accessories, straightens frames, and everything in between — all in our climate-controlled Lewisville, TX shop.

On the chassis table to measure frame height and squareness, with one straightening pass included.
Fits 25mm, 30mm, 40mm & 50mm axle karts
Mounted for correct weight distribution — factory spec or your preferred position. Hardware bought at install is 20% off.
$95 when you buy the seat from us · previously-drilled used seats can't be installed
TIG welding for cracked frames, most often at the seat post — lower heat than MIG so the repair holds.
Free inspection, quote before any work starts
Fiberglass mat and resin to patch the cracks that show up at the seat bottom and spine — often cheaper than a new seat.
For KA100 and X30 starters that won't start. Brushes sold separately.
Full install for IAME Swift, KA100, X30, ROK VLR & ROK GP — mounting, fuel lines, throttle, and exhaust.
Radiator-equipped engines additional
Complete refresh of your Briggs & Stratton LO206 — cylinder head work, carburetor work, timing adjustment, and more.

Mount new tires on your wheels, with front-wheel balancing available. We only mount tires purchased from us.
Dismounting old tires is $2.50/wheel · a $2.50 tire disposal fee applies to any old tires left with us
