This 9mm ID x 60mm OD aluminum fender washer has a much larger outer diameter than a standard washer, spreading clamping force over a wider area. That's useful anywhere you're bolting through a softer material — like mounting a seat or a lead ballast weight — so the bolt head doesn't dig in or crack the surface.
