A 5/16" x 1.50" fender washer sized to meet most racing organizations' requirements for seat and weight mounting. Many series require a washer on both the inside and outside of the seat to keep mounted weights from pulling through. The 5/16" hole fits a standard M8 bolt, and the 1.5" (38mm) outer diameter clears the common 35mm minimum.
