The Briggs & Stratton World Formula is a purpose-built 204cc racing engine (2.6875″ bore x 2.6885″ stroke) that makes 11.5 hp and 13 ft-lb of torque, digitally limited to 7,100 RPM with a 9.5:1 compression ratio and a Walbro 26mm round-slide adjustable-jet carburetor. Built on the same platform as the Animal Racing engine, it was introduced in 2003 to meet CIK World Formula class rules and remains a common choice for junior sprint, microstock, and short-course kart racing. Every engine is hand-built and individually tested at the Briggs & Stratton facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and runs on 91-octane fuel. This is the bare engine package — exhaust, air filter, electric starter, and clutch are sold separately.
