Seats into the keyway on a PKT 40mm axle to keep sprocket carriers, disc carriers, and hubs from spinning independently of the axle. Two 6mm pegs, set 30mm apart, lock into matching slots in the component. Used on PKT 40mm axles — PKT also sells a 7.5mm-peg version for Birel-pattern axles, so double-check your axle brand before ordering.
