The rear bumper bolt on some karts, especially OTK, can break at the most inopportune times, which can cause a driver to receive a meatball flag, ending their race. This bolt is a higher 10.9 grade bolt over the standard 8.8 grade lowering the chances of breakage. Make sure you have a couple spares in your toolbox!
