Adjusts the fuel/air mixture on the low-speed circuit of the IAME KA100 or X30's Tillotson-style carburetor, which governs idle and low-to-midrange throttle response. Turning it in leans the mixture, turning it out richens it — small adjustments make a noticeable difference.
