Over-Under Racing Names Chris Williams Technical Director, Expanding Service and Race Support Operations

Bartonville, TX — July 14, 2026 — Over-Under Racing today announced that Chris Williams has joined the company full time as Technical Director. In this new role, Chris will oversee all shop and service activities, as well as the company's race event tent operations at events.

In-person and web-based parts sales remain the core of Over-Under Racing's business. With Chris on board, the company is turning its attention to growing and improving what surrounds that core: service, repair, and trackside support for racers. Chris will lead these efforts, building out the shop's repair capabilities and strengthening the team's presence in the race event tent, where customers rely on hands-on help when it matters most.

Chris brings more than 30 years in motorsports to the role. He was previously a partner in a karting business and has worked as a national-level race mechanic, turning wrenches at the highest levels of competition. He is also a well-known and respected karting coach, having guided drivers of all levels toward better performance on track.

Chris has the kind of hands-on experience and reputation in the karting community to take Over-Under Racing to the next level. He's spent 30 years tuning karts, coaching drivers, and understanding what teams actually need at the track. Bringing him on full time lets us give our customers real service and race support to go along with the parts they already count on us for.

Customers can expect expanded shop and service hours, deeper repair capabilities, and a stronger Over-Under Racing presence in the tent at upcoming race events as Chris settles into the role.
