The following are a list of services we currently provide for your go kart. These services are only available at our shop in Bartonville, TX by appointment. Please call (940) 239-9925 to schedule a service with us.
Tire Mounting & Balancing (4x): $25.00
-When you provide your 4 wheels (with no existing tires), we will mount 4 new tires on them and balance the 2 front wheels (weights are included in pricing).
Tire Dismount, Mounting & Balancing (4x): $35.00
-When you provide your 4 wheels with existing tires, we will dismount the 4 existing tires, mount 4 new tires on them and balance the 2 front wheels (weights are included in pricing).
Seat Installation: $95.00
-Proper installation of a seat in a kart is essential to ensuring your kart handles properly. The driver of a kart accounts for a large part of the total weight and if that weight is in the wrong place it can dramatically effect the handling of a kart beyond what normal "tuning" can fix. We have the proper professional tools to mount your seat the right way. We can mount the seat to your preferred location or to the factory specified position. Any hardware needed to mount the seat is sold at a 20% discount if they are purchased at the time of installation.
2 Stroke Engine Installation: From $95.00
-We offer installation of certain engines including: IAME Swift, IAME KA100, IAME X30, ROK VLR and ROK GP. Installation includes building the engine (Most engines require some parts be installed), install a motor mount and mount the motor on the kart, install fuel lines, install and adjust throttle cable, install the exhaust, and other necessary components. To quote your specific motor, please contact us. Engines with a radiator (X30, GP) require more time and will incur higher costs.
*NOTE: Any parts that are not included with the engine must be provided or purchased (IE: Engine Mount, Fuel Line, Throttle Cable, Etc.).
Chassis Check & Basic Straightening: **COMING SOON**
-We will place your go kart on our chassis table and measure the height of the front "C Section" to see if the front of your kart is bent. If it is bent, we will advise you by how much and determine if you would like us to straighten it for you. 1 basic straightening is included in the price, anything more complicated can be quoted and may require us to outsource the repair to a welding shop. Our table accomodates 30mm, 40mm and 50mm axle karts.
NOTE: Karts must arrive with wheels, front bumper, rear sprocket, chain & chain guard removed or additional labor may apply.
