Sales Associate
Location: Lewisville, TX
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible, including weekends and some race events
Compensation: Starting at $12 hourly (Based on qualifications)
About Us:
Over-Under Racing is a fast-growing kart racing parts and service company dedicated to providing racers with the parts they need and top-notch customer service. We support racers online, in-store and at the track, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our crew.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for motorsports. This role is a mix of retail, warehouse, and trackside support, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being around racing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with retail sales in-store, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup and shipping
- Receive incoming inventory and accurately stock and organize products
- Maintain a clean and organized retail and warehouse space
- Travel to race events to assist with setup and teardown of pit areas
- Sell parts and assist customers trackside during race events
- Support basic kart servicing and maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to race events
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Interest in motorsports or kart racing (preferred, not required)
